For pre-ordered or backordered items:
If your order contains pre-ordered or backordered items, we will ship any items we have in stock immediately, and pre-ordered or backordered items as soon as we have them available. So if you ordered multiple items in one order and only received some of them, don't worry, you will receive the rest soon.

Track your order:

Bad address disclaimer:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is always a small window to correct incorrect shipping addresses. Toy-story.shop online store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has arrived at your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective carrier based on the information provided to you on our tracking page.
